BWU is more than simply the world’s largest university with campuses scattered all across the globe. It’s also a multinational business conglomerate with interests in everything from corner stores to airlines. Here are a few of BWU’s more notable concerns.

Golden Lion Brewery
The largest brewery in the world is that of the Golden Lion. First founded in Milwaukee in 2068 as part of an extension campus in Wisconsin, USA, the brewery’s products won high acclaim from both critics and the public alike. Today, there is a Golden Lion Brewpub on every BWU campus, from Bangalore to the Antarctic outpost. Each of these restaurants is known for serving gourmet versions of local delicacies, not to mention their world-famous beers.

Golden Lion Bakery
Man cannot live by bread alone—but it’s close. The administration at BWU recognized this pretty early on. Instead of jobbing out the bakery business to an outside client, we opted to set up our own bakery instead.

Today, the Golden Lion Bakery is the number-one supplier of baked goods in the world, making everything from BWUNY bagels, Edinburgh™ Scones and our unparalleled Bangalore Naan™.

Global Basketball Association (GBA)
BWU has always had top-level basketball teams at each of its campuses. Basketball is a naturally appealing sport in today’s economy and ecology. It doesn’t take up much space, and it can be played exclusively indoors, far from the hazardous UV rays of the sun.

Back in 2042, BWU founded the Global Basketball Association, an international organization that truly took Dr. Naismith’s game worldwide. It has since become the most popular professional sports league outside of North America.

Bangalore World Airlines (BWA)
With campuses scattered all around the globe, the administration of BWU spends literally thousands of hours in the air every year, often flying from place to place on a moment’s notice. It didn’t take long before the staff realized that they could save money by fielding their own fleet of aircraft.

Of course, since they were bound to have a number of empty seats on these craft, it only made sense to sell the remaining spaces to the public. University officials and BWU students have priorities on every flight, but BWA has rapidly become the third-largest airline in the world. The thing that separates BWA from the other cattle cars is their legendary service. BWA flights may cost a bit more than others, but when every seat in every plane is first class, the airline market’s preferred demographic is willing to pay for the difference.

BWU News Network (BWUNN)
BWU-NYC has one of the finest journalism schools in the entire world, and many of the other campuses field world-class daily newsfeeds as well. Back in 2075, the BWU administration realized that their student-run news service was often able to scoop the so-called “professional” competition. It was then that BWU set up the Bangalore World University News Networks (BWUNN, also known as B-One).
